Having served as an elected official, I know that effective leadership isn't about being the loudest voice in the room or refusing to bend. It's about listening, building relationships, finding common ground, and knowing when compromise is necessary to actually get things done.
That's why I have such tremendous respect for Margo Meiman.
Margo is a strong woman who has been doing the work for years—here in our community, throughout the county, and at the state level. She doesn't just talk about leadership; she practices it. She knows how to bring people together, navigate differences, and move things forward.
District 5 deserves someone who understands that public service is about working with people, not against them. Margo understands that—and she has the experience and track record to prove it.
I'm proud to stand behind Margo and celebrate the leader she has already shown herself to be.
